We take care to make sure the air in your home is as fresh as possible, so you can breath easy. We minimize off-gassing by using low VOC Europly in all our millwork, and low- or no-VOC paints and stains. The fireplace uses denatured alcohol as fuel for clean burning, so it creates no smoke!

If your LivingHome has an attached garage, we thoroughly seal it, and filter carbon monoxide with a fan, timed to turn on every time the garage door opens. We add a permanent walkoff mat by the front door to keep contaminants on your shoes from being tracked into the home. Finally, your O2-generous indoor garden (a time-tested air cleaning system) creates oxygen and filters the air.
