Getting planning departments, architectural boards and government commissions on board takes time. Experienced in the process, LivingHomes gets all the documents in place, working with the relevant agencies and entities to secure the permits necessary to begin the construction and fabrication of your home. As the owner, you can join our staff when necessary at meetings with planners and permitting authorities.

At this point, you may want to interview general contractor candidates for the foundation and sitework portion of your project, or if you want to use LivingHomes for Construction Management, we charge an hourly fee for this service. If you choose LivingHomes, we presentoptions to you for review and approval. If not, we'll turn the permit over to you when it's received and check in from time to time on the status of construction so we can properly time your order at the factory.
