The USBGC awards LEED certifications at four levels: Certified, Silver, Gold, and the highest level, Platinum—each corresponding to a fixed number of points per project. LivingHomes commits to only building at least Silver Level LEED homes. And with the first LivingHome, we are proud to have achieved the first-ever LEED Platinum residential rating.
