LivingHomes will create custom configurations for clients with land and special needs. These homes are based on the LivingHomes basic models and connection details, but they have customized floorplans, layouts and finishes. They follow the same LEED guidelines and must be at least LEED silver certified, just like our standard model homes. Here are some of our current custom projects.
