LivingHomes partners with companies that align with our core building philosophy of building warm, functional, modern homes that strive to achieve minimal negative impact on the health of homeowners and their communities.

Our Director of Product Management holds periodic product reviews for potential new manufacturers, suppliers and partners. At those reviews, suppliers can present their product lines for possible inclusion in the LivingHomes' line of homes. Priority will be given to firms whose products are listed on our hot list.

To be accepted as a marketing partner and/or supplier, you must:

• Offer a product (line) that is consistent with our architecture — modern, refined, honest, and clean. Remember, ugly is ocular pollution.
• Develop products that offer superior functionality. Hey, just because we care about how something looks, doesn't mean we don't care about how it functions...both are important to us.
• Be committed to developing environmentally responsible and/or healthful products. And yes, we'll ask for the proof. Why? Because we'll only sell homes that are at least LEED for Homes certified Silver.
• Be able to supply us, in a timely manner, with products that offer good value for the price — both to us and our customers. So good wholesale pricing is important.
