Unlike the frustrations often associated with building a traditional custom home, the process of buying and building a LivingHome is pretty straightforward – and fast!

The following sections discuss a step-by-step roadmap of the entire LivinnngHome purchase process — from evaluating the suitability of the land you select, to that moment when the finish crew has gone and it's just you, your favorite chair, an expansive view (of your deck, at least!), and the great sense of space that pervades your new LivingHome.

There are four major steps you must complete:

Step 1: Find Land. You've got to put the LivingHome somewhere. There are many considerations for your site and there are certain materials you need to assemble before we can work with you.

Step 2: Budget. Regardless of whether you've got your own cash or you're planning to finance your land and/or construction, you should clarify your budget.

Step 3: Finance. Once you've secured financing, it's time to begin working
with LivingHomes to configure and prepare your home for construction and delivery.

Step 4: Permit & Build.After planning and financing your home, it's time to build and deliver
your home for you to enjoy.
